Our captions work best for people who take a more personal approach and want their audience to learn more about their product or service, as well as and who they are. Although many of the captions are written in the first person (as the owner), you can easily rephrase these to take a less personal and change the tone to be more business-like.
I’ll give you an example below so you can see just how easy it is to change from personal to business.

[offer tips to help them in their search. ex; if you’re a photographer you might mention that they should view their portfolio to see if they have the right style, or that cheaper prices can sometimes be a red flag]

BUSINESS TONE (Using ‘we, us, team etc.’)

As you can see it’s just a few changes in how the caption is written. One sounds a little more personal as it’s written in the first person, and the other is not. Have fun making these captions exactly what you want them to be! And remember, there is no right or wrong way to customize your captions.
